The quality of our services has been officially confirmed: GLOBOS processes, structures, products and services have been certified to DIN Standard EN ISO 9001:2015. This standard comprises a system for quality assurance through which our work is documented, analysed and continuously improved. Certified quality management ensures that all operations at GLOBOS are correctly linked and properly managed. All employees have clearly defined work activities and are expertly trained in their areas of responsibility. The award of ISO 9001:2015 is confirmation of our high standards of competence, customer service and reliability.

The objective of ISO 9001:2015 is on the one hand an increase in transparency and customer satisfaction and on the other the avoidance of errors and unnecessary costs. Four operational areas are as a rule covered by this certification:

  • management responsibilities
  • managing resources
  • product realisation
  • measurement, analysis and improvements

Before ISO 9001:2015 certification is awarded, independent certification authorities examine all significant business processes over a prolonged period of time, following which they issue corresponding certification that is valid for a fixed period. Long-term compliance with this standard means that the GLOBOS management system is subject to a process of continuous improvement.

The GLOBOS management team is continually testing and optimising the various steps in each activity. Processes are structured more efficiently. We see this certification as a basis for continually growing mutual trust with our customers whose demands we constantly set out to fulfil.
