PRINTRONIX AUTO ID T6000\/T6000e: High-performance Industrial Label Printers<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Industrial printers in a class of their own:<\/strong> The label printers in the T6000e series from Printronix Auto ID are easy to operate thanks to their intuitive user interface: a 3.5-inch color display<\/strong> with navigation buttons and an icon-based menu. The 4-inch version achieves a print resolution as high as 600 dpi and is suitable for printing particularly small labels<\/strong> for electronic components, for example. The 6-inch version has a maximum print resolution of 300 dpi. Both models in the T6000e series print text, barcodes, and graphics in outstanding quality. The maximum print speed is 14 ips (4″ model) or 12 ips (6″ model) at a resolution of 203 dpi. Direct thermal as well as thermal transfer printing methods are possible. The printers are suitable for high print volumes of up to 10,000 labels per day.<\/strong> They support nine printer languages.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Excellent processing power:<\/strong> The ARM Cortex-A9 CPU with 512 MB RAM and 128 MB flash ensures fast data processing. The T6000e printers can be configured, monitored, and managed remotely using the \u201cPrintNet Enterprise\u201d software suite<\/strong> or integrated into the SOTI Connect MDM software. By means of a quick-change memory module (QCMC), data can be transferred to another device in no time at all. Security protocols<\/strong> for encryption and authentication ensure secure network access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ODV 2D Barcode Verifier:<\/strong> Make sure that only barcode labels and RFID tags that are 100 percent readable leave your premises. Eliminate barcode quality issues with the ODV 2D barcode verifier. It ensures that both the quality and content<\/strong> of 1D and 2D codes as well as RFID data is accurate. Deficient labels are invalidated (i.e. overprinted) and then reprinted. Both validated and faulty labels are documented to quickly find and rectify the causes of errors. With the optional verifier, you avoid costs and time delays<\/strong> caused by faulty barcodes or RFID tags.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RFID:<\/strong> An RFID option is available for the T6000e printers. Two RFID antennas,<\/strong> above and below the label, enable particularly fast processing of all types of RFID tags, including smart labels, on-metal tags, RTI tags, wristbands, and many other tag constructions. The optional barcode verifier also checks and validates RFID labels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Versatile applications in production, transportation, and logistics:<\/strong> To enable versatile industrial use, the T6000e label printers are particularly robust. They work reliably and offer numerous connectivity options. <\/strong>You can print labels for pallets, boxes, or packages as well as delivery bills and invoices on paper. Other media, such as film and tickets, can also be processed. An RFID option enables RFID printing on various sorts of tags. Because of their rugged construction,<\/strong> the printers are suitable for rough environments. They are able to handle high print volumes without overheating. For media or ribbon change, the die-cast aluminum housing can be opened wide at the side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
