ZEBRA ZT4X1 SERIES: High-performance Industrial Printer Series with Adaptable Features<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The two models of the Zebra ZT4X1 series, the ZT411 and ZT421, provide optimal flexibility for various application scenarios. The print methods thermal transfer and direct thermal<\/strong> are both possible. The thin film printhead with E3 produces excellent results. Because of the large 4.3-inch touchscreen and the icon-based menu,<\/strong> the printers of the ZT4X1 series can be operated intuitively. Printer status is clearly visible with color-coded printer status alerts. A large variety of printing media can be easily loaded. The bi-fold door opens widely and internal lighting<\/strong> ensures clear visibility of the color-coded media path. The printers are also equipped with a large-sized side window<\/strong> so that the user can keep an eye on media consumption. Printhead and platen are replaceable without tools. The industrial printers are able to process die-cut, continuous, notch and black mark media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For optimal connectivity, the ZT4X1 series\u2019 label printers are equipped with multiple options for the convenient connection of peripherals<\/strong> as well as wireless communications.<\/strong> As a standard, the label printers come with USB 2.0, RS-232, 10\/100 Ethernet, dual USB Host and Bluetooth. A dual-band wireless card for 802.11 ac WLAN and Bluetooth can be added as option as well as a bi-directional parallel and an applicator interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The label printers of the ZT4X1 series by Zebra come with an ARM Cortex A7 CPU and are equipped with 256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash<\/strong> providing enough memory for current and future needs. Zebra\u2019s Link-OS printer operating system together with the Print DNA software suite, an extensive set of design, productivity, development, management and visibility tools,<\/strong> offer the resources to optimally address individual business needs. It is possible to integrate the printers into existing mobile device management systems, such as SOTI MobiControl or VMware Workspace ONE (formerly  AirWatch). The ZT411 and ZT421 label printers support ZPL, ZPL II, EPL and EPL2 (EPL only for 203 dpi models available) programming languages. For extended usability, Zebra\u2019s ZBI 2.0 (Zebra Basic Interpreter) can be added. ZBI 2.0<\/strong> enables stand-alone<\/strong> use of the printers and direct connection of peripheral devices, such as barcode scanners or scales. Zebra or third-party label formats are converted without spending time and expenses on reprogramming. The printers are XML-enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
