ZEBRA TC52x\/TC52ax\/TC57x: Mobile Computers with Extensive Functionality<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Computing power for business applications:<\/strong> The three enterprise-grade mobile computers TC52x, TC52ax and TC57x by Zebra take digital data acquisition, processing and communication to a new level. A powerful 2.45 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa-core CPU ensures high-speed data processing and the seamless operation of complex business applications. The mobile computers provide 4 GB RAM, the TC52x and TC57x 32 GB and the TC52ax 64 GB Universal Flash Storage (UFS). Memory can be extended by up to 256 GB via SDXC card. All TC5X handheld computers are equipped with the Android operating system. The latest Android version, Android 11, <\/strong>is installed on the new TC52ax, whereas the TC52x and TC57x come with Android 10. However, they are all upgradeable through Android 14. Zebra\u2019s Mobility DNA enables a restricted mode for Google Mobile Services (GMS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take full advantage of the multiple functionalities:<\/strong> The software suite Mobility DNA by Zebra comprises a wide range of useful tools, e. g. for intelligent and time-saving device management. Only a few steps are required to stage or adjust the configurations of only a few devices or of the entire device pool. The Mobility DNA enables enhanced network performance. In addition, it improves the performance of applications, for example data acquisition applications. Zebra\u2019s Mobility DNA also ensures an enterprise-grade security architecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From mobile terminal to desktop: <\/strong>By means of the \u201cWorkstation Docking Cradle\u201d accessory, it is possible to transfer applications from the host device to a large screen and work with keyboard and mouse. With the portable data terminal TC52ax working at a desktop becomes far more comfortable. It provides the new software solution \u201cWorkstation Connect\u201d. Instead of just mirroring the PDT’s display, it is now possible to work with windows that can be freely positioned and scaled. Workstation Connect enables working with desktop functionality and turns the mobile device into a real PC alternative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wireless: <\/strong>In order to ensure optimal data and voice communication, the handheld touch computers come with multiple wireless connectivity options. The TC52x and TC57x are equipped with Bluetooth 5.0 BLE Class 2 as well as 2 x 2 MU-MIMO WLAN. The TC52ax uses Bluetooth 5.1 and supports the new Wi-Fi 6 standard (802.11 ax). Besides the BT and WLAN interfaces, the TC57x additionally provides LTE connectivity and GPS. Mobility DNA applications optimize network capacity, speed and range to ensure that your data infrastructure is used to its fullest potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Device tracker and sound quality:<\/strong> An NFC chip supports latest contactless payment methods (tap to pay). In the case that a device gets misplaced, it can always be located by means of an integrated Bluetooth beacon. The three touch computers are equipped with high-volume speakers and noise cancellation technology delivering first-class audio performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

High-speed data acquisition:<\/strong> The SE4720 imager enables the capture of 1D and 2D barcodes. Depending on the barcode, the scanner enables data collection from close-range and up to distances of more than 60 cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is digital data collection crucial in your work environment?<\/strong> In this case, you should be interested in the TC52ax terminal. From October 2021, it will be optionally available with the new SE5500 scan engine. This “Advanced-Range\u201d imager has a lot to offer. With its intelligent autofocus (IntelliFocus), it enables ultra-fast focusing. This means capturing data with maximum efficiency. In addition, the new scanning technology creates ultimate flexibility. Barcodes can be scanned in the immediate vicinity and up to a distance of 12 m. Employees need not walk long distances to capture barcodes further away. They can even reach barcodes on the top shelf without the need for a ladder. Instead of a small red dot, the new laser aimer projects a large aiming pattern onto the code. The green light is clearly visible even in sunlight. The scanner is therefore also ideally suited for outdoor use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bring out the best:<\/strong> \u201cPRZM Intelligent Imaging\u201d is part of Zebra\u2019s Mobility DNA software solution. It enhances scan performance and enables the capture of barcodes in any condition. The collected information is automatically transferred to the corresponding applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is photographic proof required? Are video calls necessary?<\/strong> The mobile computers TC52x, TC52ax and TC57x by Zebra come with a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bright 5-inch multi-touch Full HD display:<\/strong> The brilliant screen offers excellent readability and pleasant handling. Because of Corning Gorilla Glass, the multi-touch surface is extremely robust and scratch resistant. Optical bonding technology provides an outstanding image quality, indoors as well as outdoors. Graphic icons and application contents are displayed clearly and with high contrast. The screen is glove-enabled and it can be operated when it gets wet because of its water repellency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No empty batteries:<\/strong> Long working hours require equipment with a reliable power supply. The three handheld computers TC52x, TC52ax and TC57x by Zebra come with a high-capacity \u201cPowerPrecision+\u201d battery that lasts up to 14 hours per charge. Fast-charging technology and warm-swap capabilities enable a 24\/7 use of the devices. Zebra\u2019s Mobility DNA platform also includes intelligent power management and battery monitoring tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ready for rough environments:<\/strong> The mobile data devices TC52x, TC52ax and TC57x are ready for demanding enterprise use. Their robustness is due to the unibody casing design. Also, the display and scan window are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. The mobile computers can withstand drops from a height of 1.2 m to concrete and even of 1.8 m if equipped with an additional protective frame (rugged boot). They are sealed against the ingress of dust and water complying with protection classes IP65 and IP68. A wide temperature range, from -20 \u00b0C to +50 \u00b0C, ensures a highly flexible use of the PDTs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Designed for real-world business applications:<\/strong> The TC52x, TC52ax and TC57x data terminals achieve more efficient workflows. For fast and easy access, they are equipped with 4 programmable function keys, 2 dedicated scan buttons and a dedicated push-to-talk button. Additional accessories enable, for example, hands-free working processes. For such applications, the MDE devices can be combined with the innovative head-mounted display HD4000. For scan-intensive applications, a pistol grip accessory is an ideal choice. For the TC52ax, a new pistol grip with electronically controlled trigger is available. Instead of communicating via Bluetooth, terminal and pistol grip are connected through an 8-pin connector. The trigger handle leaves the rear camera exposed.
