TSC MH SERIES (4″\/4-INCH LABEL PRINTERS): Powerful 4-inch Industrial Printer Series<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A label printer solution for various industries:<\/strong> The TSC MH series\u2019 4-inch printer models can be customized according to business requirements, and they are ready for high-volume printing. Whether in manufacturing, warehousing, transportation and logistics, or shipping\u2014because of their robust design they provide an ideal solution for industrial environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

High performance industrial printers:<\/strong> The MH printer series includes models with a print resolution of 203 dpi<\/strong> at a maximum print speed of 14 ips as well as models with a resolution of 600 dpi<\/strong> at a print speed of up to 6 ips. Thermal transfer and direct thermal<\/strong> printing methods are both possible. The label printers have a mechanism for fine adjustment to ensure consistently high print quality<\/strong> and to enable precise printing on a minimum label length of only 1.27 cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A large range of media types: <\/strong>The printers are capable of processing continuous and fanfold media, as well as die-cut, black-mark, notched, and perforated labels, care labels and tags. Media widths from 0.79 inches to 4.5 inches (20-114 mm) can be used. The maximum print width is 4.09 inches (104 mm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Convenient handling: <\/strong>The standard models of the 4-inch label printer series are equipped with a 3.5-inch color display and 6 keys. The Advanced (T) and Premium (P) models have a 4.3-inch touch display with a multilingual menu<\/strong> and 6 keys. A clear user-interface<\/strong> contributes to a user-friendly operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional media handling options, such as cutter, peel-off kit, rewinder, or GPIO module for use with applicator, are available as accessories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CPU and interfaces:<\/strong> In order to process print jobs quickly and effectively, the modern label printers of the MH series are equipped with a 32-bit RISC processor<\/strong> and offer 256 MB of RAM. The internal 512 MB flash storage can be expanded by using a MicroSD card. Standard interfaces are USB 2.0, USB Host (2x), Ethernet 10\/100 and RS-232. Additional optional interfaces ex-factory are GPIO + Centronics and Bluetooth 5.0. For wireless connectivity,<\/strong> a Wi-Fi\/Bluetooth combo module is available. The printer command language is TSPL-EZ (compatible with EPL, ZPL, ZPL II, DPL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advanced printer management options: <\/strong>The printer management software TSC Console combined with SOTI Connect (license required) offers a sophisticated remote management solution. It provides information on the location and status of every printer in the enterprise. Automated actions and remote access to endpoints ensure reliable operation, immediate troubleshooting, and security of the entire enterprise network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
