DATALOGIC DS5100 SERIES: Fixed Scanning for Industrial and Logistics Sectors<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Enhanced processes, higher throughput, transparency:<\/strong> Fixed scanning systems enable the automation and central control of workflows in production and logistics. The Datalogic DS5100 laser scanners enable comprehensive and affordable Auto-ID solutions,<\/strong> for example for incoming and outgoing goods or for work in progress applications. The scanners provide accurate track and trace data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Powerful 1D scanners:<\/strong> The DS5100 series\u2019 fixed scanners achieve a high scan rate of up to 800 scans per second. Thanks to Datalogic\u2019s advanced reading technologies, barcodes even in poor condition can be scanned fast, accurately and from nearly any angle. The scanners are therefore ideal for processes in which barcodes move quickly, for example on conveyor belts. Long-range models are equipped with PACKTRACK technology,<\/strong> which ensures error-free assignment of barcodes even when there are only small gaps<\/strong> between fast moving<\/strong> goods on conveyor belts. The DS5100 series consists of mid-range models with a read range between 200 and 1000 mm and long-range models with a read range between 300 and 1400 mm. Models with oscillating mirror<\/strong> are available for a larger field of view. The scanners can capture up to 10 codes<\/strong> in the same reading phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fixed scanners for industrial use:<\/strong> The fixed barcode scanners in the DS5100 series have an aluminum housing and are sealed against the ingress of dust and water in accordance with protection class IP65. Standard models can be used at temperatures between 0 \u00b0C and 50 \u00b0C. Models for use in deep-freeze or outdoor storage areas are suitable for temperatures from -35 \u00b0C to +50 \u00b0C. Because of their compact design and rotatable connectors,<\/strong> the devices can be mounted flexibly. Various connection configurations are available (see below). The Windows-based software tool Genius and an X-PRESS interface are available for uncomplicated integration.<\/strong> The devices are equipped with a display.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
