ZEBRA TC53e\/TC53e-RFID\/TC58e: The New Generation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

State-of-the-art processor and wireless technologies:<\/strong> Zebra\u2019s mobile terminals TC53e, TC53e-RFID and TC58e are equipped with the Qualcomm octa-core 4490 Kryo CPU. They provide significantly higher computing power<\/strong> than previous TC5X versions while consuming less energy.<\/strong> Memory and storage capacity can be selected as required: 6 GB\/64 GB, 8 GB\/64 GB, 8 GB\/128 GB. With a MicroSD card, storage capacity can be expanded by up to 2 TB. The Android operating system is upgradeable to version 17. Use the internet at multi-gigabit speeds<\/strong> with Wi-Fi 6E and second-generation 5G cellular connectivity. The devices are also equipped with Bluetooth 5.3 and NFC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mobility DNA:<\/strong> Zebra provides a comprehensive enterprise software suite.<\/strong> The Mobility DNA includes multiple tools that facilitate the integration, deployment, and central management of mobile devices. Productivity tools enable optimized use of the mobile computers. Free-Form OCR<\/strong> enables the capture of text and extraction of the text in digital form. With Zebra\u2019s Enterprise Home Screen<\/strong> (EHS), accessible apps can be preset and locked. The Wireless Analyzer<\/strong> helps analyzing coverage and resolving Wi-Fi issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The handhelds in use:<\/strong> The three data terminals in the TC5Xe series have a large 6-inch touchscreen<\/strong> that can be operated with a finger or stylus and even with gloves. The FHD+ resolution<\/strong> ensures a sharp and detailed display of content on the screen. With a brightness of up to 600 nits,<\/strong> the handheld terminals are ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Multiple scan engine options to choose from:<\/strong> Depending on the TC5Xe model, different scan engine options are available (see below). The two standard-range scan modules SE4720<\/strong> and SE4770<\/strong> are ideal for close-range 1D and 2D barcode capture up to a distance of about 60 cm. Both are also able to capture documents with OCR. The SE4720 is equipped with a LED aimer for indoor data capture. The SE4770 is equipped with a laser aimer which, because of improved visibility, is also suitable for outdoor use. Another highly flexible option is the SE55<\/strong> scan enginethat captures barcodes and QR codes from a distance of up to 12.2 m. This means, for example, that barcodes in upper shelves can be scanned from the floor. The SE55 also provides Zebra\u2019s IntelliFocus Technology which enables ultra-fast focusing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RFID capture with the TC53e-RFID:<\/strong> Accelerate data capture by using RFID tags. It enables the capture of large quantities at once<\/strong>, for example all the products in a delivery or all the goods in a shopping basket. The RFID reader of the TC53e-RFID enables a scan range of 1.2 m. Tags can also be overwritten, for example the tags of returned goods. RFID-tagged items of luggage or goods can be quickly identified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Photo capture and video calls:<\/strong> The mobile terminals TC53e, TC53e-RFID and TC58e are equipped with a 16-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voice communication:<\/strong> The smart devices of the TC5Xe series enable voice communication either via cellular connectivity (TC58e) or via Wi-Fi using push-to-talk. Three microphones and two loudspeakers as well as advanced noise suppression ensure excellent audio quality.<\/strong> Headsets with and without cable are supported. Zebra\u2019s Workcloud Communication<\/a><\/strong> provides a wide range of PTT options,<\/strong> from simple walkie-talkie use to extensive PBX features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Security:<\/strong> The smart devices are protected against hardware attacks and unauthorized access. They meet the criteria of the ISO\/IEC 19790 and ISO\/IEC 15408 IT security standards.<\/strong> In addition, the devices are not accessed by PIN, but by a combination of barcode and facial recognition.<\/strong> This ensures secure access for shared devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional features:<\/strong> Would you like to use the TC53e, TC53e-RFID and TC58e mobile devices as a workstation? With the Workstation Connect solution,<\/strong> the compact mobile devices can be connected to a monitor, keyboard and mouse and used as a workstation or POS station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Business devices for a long service life:<\/strong> The handhelds in the TC5Xe series are extremely robust. They can withstand drops from a height of 1.8 m, and with a rugged boot even from a height of 2.4 m. They are sealed against the ingress of dust and water in accordance with protection classes IP68 and IP65. Gorilla glass protects the display against mechanical damage. The operating temperature range is between -20 \u00b0C and +50 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Battery options:<\/strong> There is a choice of four smart batteries that enable warm swap and fast charging. The standard 4680 mAh battery<\/strong> is also optionally available with a Bluetooth beacon.<\/strong> This allows a device to be localized even if it is switched off or the battery is empty. Zebra provides a Device Tracker software. In addition, a battery that enables Qi wireless charging<\/strong> and a high-performance battery<\/strong> with 7000 mAh are also available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
