In case of a fault of your devices, you can use the following form to report your issues. Please fill the fields as completely as possible.

    For a complete Analysis of errors and adjusting of the device, please send in the complete additional equipment (like battery packs, battery covers, charging docks, power adapters and cables) as well. If you send in a label printer, please add the label roll and ribbon.
