Quality, information security, and compliance with legal requirements are not buzzwords for us, but lived practice. We manage these areas jointly through our Integrated Management System (IMS): our quality and information security management are regularly audited by independent certification bodies, and we additionally disclose our legal compliance transparently through our own declarations. This allows our customers and partners to rely on consistent processes, the secure handling of their data, and compliance with applicable regulations.

The quality of our services has been officially confirmed: GLOBOS processes, structures, products and services have been certified to DIN Standard EN ISO 9001:2015. This standard comprises a system for quality assurance through which our work is documented, analysed and continuously improved. Certified quality management ensures that all operations at GLOBOS are correctly linked and properly managed. All employees have clearly defined work activities and are expertly trained in their areas of responsibility. The award of ISO 9001:2015 is confirmation of our high standards of competence, customer service and reliability.
The objective of ISO 9001:2015 is on the one hand an increase in transparency and customer satisfaction and on the other the avoidance of errors and unnecessary costs. Four operational areas are as a rule covered by this certification:
- management responsibilities
- managing resources
- product realisation
- measurement, analysis and improvements
Before ISO 9001:2015 certification is awarded, independent certification authorities examine all significant business processes over a prolonged period of time, following which they issue corresponding certification that is valid for a fixed period. Long-term compliance with this standard means that the GLOBOS management system is subject to a process of continuous improvement.
The GLOBOS management team is continually testing and optimising the various steps in each activity. Processes are structured more efficiently. We see this certification as a basis for continually growing mutual trust with our customers whose demands we constantly set out to fulfil.
Information Security
We have had the protection of your data officially certified.
The responsible handling of information is a top priority at GLOBOS. Our Information Security Management System (ISMS) is certified according to the international standard ISO/IEC 27001:2022. This standard defines the requirements for a systematic approach to information security and ensures that the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information – both our own and that of our customers and partners – are effectively protected.
The objective of ISO/IEC 27001 is to systematically identify, assess, and manage information security risks. Key areas covered include:
- Organizational security measures
- Protection of personnel and access rights
- Technical and physical security measures
- Continuous monitoring, evaluation, and improvement
To obtain certification, an independent certification body (DNV) thoroughly audited our Information Security Management System – covering our organization, technical safeguards, and internal processes. The certificate is valid for a defined period and is regularly confirmed through surveillance audits, allowing us to continuously develop our security level and adapt it to current threats.
For our customers and partners, this means: you can rely on your data and information being protected at GLOBOS according to internationally recognized standards.
Legal Compliance & Sustainability
We disclose our legal compliance transparently.
As a manufacturer-independent reseller and system integrator, we ensure that the products we distribute meet applicable legal requirements – from REACH and RoHS to conflict minerals and the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).
Our Trader Declaration of Product Conformity summarizes how we manage our suppliers and which evidence we require from them. For our own transport and shipping packaging, we additionally provide an EU Declaration of Conformity in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR).
