Despite its small size, the NLS-BS20 delivers outstanding scanning performance. It reliably reads a wide range of 1D and 2D barcodes, including QR codes, PDF417, Data Matrix, and standard symbologies such as EAN-13 and Code128 – even if the labels are low-contrast or slightly damaged.
Equipped with a 640×480 CMOS sensor and white LED illumination, the BS20 scans quickly and precisely. The scanning range varies by barcode type, from 30 mm up to 280 mm.

Thanks to Bluetooth 5.0, the NLS-BS20 pairs effortlessly with Windows, Android, or iOS devices. Whether you use a smartphone, tablet, or computer, this ring scanner allows wireless freedom with a communication range of up to 50 meters in open spaces.

The ring scanner can be worn comfortably on either the left or right hand without interfering with daily tasks such as lifting boxes. It’s operated via a conveniently positioned trigger button. Weighing only 49 grams and measuring just 38 × 52.5 × 44.2 mm, the BS20 is ideal for all-day use.
Long battery life for continuous operation
The 670 mAh lithium-ion battery powers the device for up to 10 hours of continuous use – equivalent to around 11,000 scans (1 scan per second, depending on application and environmental factors). The full recharge time is under 2 hours.

With an operating temperature range of -20 °C to 50 °C, IP42-rated sealing, and drop resistance from up to 1.2 meters, the BS20 is designed to withstand demanding conditions.
