AGILOX ODM 600/800: The Smart Solution for Small Load Carrier Transport
The AGILOX ODM (Omnidirectional Dolly Mover) is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) designed specifically for transporting small load carriers (SLCs) such as dollies. Its compact design and omnidirectional drive system provide maximum agility and flexibility in tight warehouse and production environments.
The AGILOX ODM is available in two versions, each supporting different dolly sizes: 600 × 400 mm dollies: Dimensions 1,095 × 400 × 1,235 mm and 800 × 600 mm dollies: Dimensions 1,295 × 400 × 1,235 mm.
Technology & Safety
Equipped with an omnidirectional drive system, the AGILOX ODM can move in all directions—including sideways, diagonally, and rotationally around its own axis—ensuring exceptional maneuverability even in confined spaces.
For navigation, the AGILOX ODM utilizes the AGILOX X-SWARM technology, which enables decentralized communication between robots. This allows for dynamic task allocation and autonomous obstacle avoidance without the need for a central control system.
To ensure the highest safety standards, the AGILOX ODM is fitted with safety laser scanners. An optional 3D sensor system can be added for enhanced obstacle detection. Additional safety features such as floor projections in different colors (blue, green, red) and signal lights on the fork tips improve visibility and operational safety in mixed environments shared with humans.
Application Areas
The AGILOX ODM is ideal for industries where transporting small load carriers plays a central role, such as the electronics or pharmaceutical sectors. Its compact design and infrastructure-free operation allow for seamless integration into existing production and logistics workflows.
