NEWLAND MT90 ORCA III: Versatile Mobile Computer at a Favorable Price
Handy terminal for efficient work processes: The Android-based MT90 Orca III has a handy size and provides a 5-inch touchscreen. Its modern octa-core processor enables the use of specialist applications. The Ndevor software solution from Newland can be used for quick configuration and deployment. Compatibility with third-party software such as MDM and TE solutions from SOTI and VMware as well as StayLinked and Ivanti simplify integration, use and management of the MT90.
High-level data capture: The MT90 Orca III mobile computer is equipped with a megapixel scan module, which enables efficient 1D and 2D barcode capture. All common barcodes and matrix codes can be scanned at a speed of 60 frames per second. Newland’s Acuscan technology facilitates the precise selection of certain codes, for example from a pick list. A trigger handle is available for scan-intensive tasks. The MT90 is also equipped with an 8-megapixel camera.
Extended-range barcode capture: The EX90 scan handle is part of the accessories portfolio. The powerful Duo Near & Far scan engine enables the capture of barcodes from a distance of up to 9.8 m at a read rate of up to 30 fps. More information.
UHF RFID capture: The RFID handle UR90 enables the capture of UHF RFID tags with a read rate of over 900 tags per second. The read range is 12 m indoors and 8 m outdoors. More information.
Wireless connectivity: The Newland MT90 Orca III enables dual-band Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity and supports GPS. Two SIM cards can be used. Bluetooth 5.0 is available for pairing with Bluetooth-enabled devices.
Sturdy handheld: During work a device may be dropped or liquid accidentally be spilled on it. The MT90 handheld computer is therefore particularly robust. It can withstand drops from a height of 1.2 m and, with a rubber boot, even from a height of 1.8 m. The device is sealed against the ingress of dust particles and water in accordance with protection class IP65. The operating temperature is between -20 °C and +55 °C.
Powerful battery: The mobile terminal MT90 Orca III achieves a battery runtime of about 10 hours, depending on the application. The rechargeable battery is user replaceable.
