ACD MAX Mobile Trolley

A mobile work station offers utmost flexibility for industrial workflows. The ACD work station MAX is a robust cart, equipped with an integrated power supply. Electronic devices that are needed for a smooth workflow can just be taken along and incorporated into working processes. Particularly in warehouse environments, extended walking distances can be time consuming and impede efficiency. With a mobile working trolley, equipment, such as PC, printer or barcode reader, are always at hand, enabling a higher throughput. The working cart MAX by ACD gives workers freedom to move. It makes them independent of the mains supply and keeps necessary equipment within reach. This is a significant advantage for workers in large facilities, such as warehouses. Because of the modular concept, the mobile work station can be equipped according to requirements. A large range of accessories enables customization according to specific application scenarios. For example, drawers, extendable or swiveling boards, mounting options for monitors, various attachable boxes and containers etc. are available to equip the cart as needed.

The construction of the MAX working trolley is extremely robust, suitable for applications in rough environments. Its base frame is made of aluminum. The low center of gravity assures high stability when moving the cart. 4 large, smooth running casters are suitable for industrial hard floor surfaces and are positioned at the rim of the base plate, which also ensures excellent stableness of the work station. 2 of the 4 casters come with brakes to keep the trolley in place. For convenient use, the worktop is height adjustable.

Multiple maintenance-free battery options allow tailor-made solutions. There are models with AGM batteries or Li-Ion batteries and with different output classes available. All trolley versions are equipped with an on-board charger as well as a battery status indicator. They also come with a multiple socket outlet and are fitted with a residual-current circuit breaker (RCCB).
