BROTHER RJ-3200 SERIES: Robust 3-inch Printers for Mobile Printing
Compact portable printers: The direct thermal printers in the RJ-3200 series from Brother are ideal for mobile printing of text and barcodes. Media with a width of up to 80 mm can be processed, including die-cut labels, continuous labels, media with black mark and receipt paper. The maximum print width is 72 mm. Thanks to the double tear-off bar, printouts can be torn off conveniently in both directions. A label dispenser as well as a linerless kit are available as options. Both printers offer a resolution of 203 dpi and print at a speed of up to 127 mm per second (5 ips). A small display provides information on printer status, battery level and data connections.
Sturdy devices with a powerful battery: The RJ-3200 series’ printers are extremely robust. They can withstand drops from a height of 2 m and can be used within a temperature range from -20 °C to +60 °C. The housing is sealed against the ingress of dust and water in accordance with protection class IP54. Depending on the application, the rechargeable battery can handle approx. 15,000 labels per charge.
Easy integration and use: The portable printers are equipped with either Bluetooth (RJ-3230BL) or Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (RJ-3250WBL). NFC is available for easy pairing with Android devices. The printers are compatible with Windows and there are SDKs for Android and iOS (supports AirPrint) available. Brother also provides software solutions for device management and label design, as well as a plugin for driverless printing from Android devices. The printer languages are Raster, ESC/P, P-touch Template, ZPL II Emulation, CPCL Emulation.
