HONEYWELL CT30XP: Mobile handheld computer with a focus on durability and efficiency
Honeywell’s CT30XP handheld terminal fits easily in a pocket and is easy to use for retail and healthcare users. The powerful 2.0 GHz Qualcomm octa-core processor with either 4 or 6 GB RAM and 64 GB flash memory enables reliable data processing and optimal use of all relevant applications. The storage capacity can be expanded by up to 512 GB using a microSD card.
The Android operating system, version 11, is installed on the Honeywell CT30XP. Since upgrades and support are supported up to at least Android version 13, it represents a future-oriented investment.
Due to the “Mobility Edge” platform, the Honeywell CT30XP is easy to set up, integrate and manage. With the help of software tools, the performance curve of functions such as for example the digital data acquisition as well as the data and voice communication. Energy consumption can also be controlled sparingly with the Mobility Edge. The extensive platform ensures a long life cycle and thus keeps the total cost of ownership of the CT30 XP at a low level.
With the integrated FlexRange™ scan engine, the mobile computer CT30XP provides an extremely effective instrument for digital data acquisition. It captures all 1D and 2D codes commonly used in logistics. Even distant or curved barcodes can be read without any problems. With the 13 megapixel camera, it is possible to take photos, for example for documentation purposes.
In order to be able to operate the handheld CT30XP from Honeywell optimally and conveniently, it is equipped with a 5.5-inch multi-touch screen. Gorilla Glass 5 was installed, which makes the display particularly resistant. The mobile computer CT30XP is sealed against the ingress of dust and liquids and corresponds to protection class IP67. Both the housing and the connections are disinfectant-resistant. Regular wiping with appropriate cleaning solutions prevents the spread of germs. It survives falls from a height of 1.2 m without any problems. Its powerful battery lasts up to 10 hours per charge, providing power for more than a full shift.
