PRINTRONIX AUTO ID T8000: A Range of Six Powerful Industrial Printers
Easy-to-use industrial printers: The T8000 series’ label printers from Printronix Auto ID are robust and dependable. They can cope with the challenges of harsh industrial environments and are suitable for high print volumes of up to 15,000 labels per day. The printers are easy to operate using the 3.5-inch color display and navigation buttons. For quick deployment, wizards are available to help you set up the devices. Video tutorials can be accessed via QR codes.
High flexibility due to a wide media range: Label rolls and continuous labels, tags, paper, film, and tickets can be processed. A cutter and a dispenser are available as options. The metal side door has a large window and can be lifted to provide convenient access for media loading. High-capacity rolls can be used to keep downtimes due to ribbon or media changes to a minimum. The maximum ribbon length is 625 m. Media rolls with a diameter of up to 209 mm are supported.
Fast and precise printouts: The T8000 printers are able to print text, barcodes and graphics. Devices with a print resolution of either 300 dpi or 203 dpi are available. All printers in the T8000 series enable both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing.
High-performance CPU: The ARM Cortex A9 processor with 512 MB RAM and 128 MB Flash ensures fast processing of print jobs. The T8000 series’ printers can be remotely configured, managed, and monitored using the included software suite PrintNet Enterprise. A virtual control panel enables remote configuration. It is possible to set up automatic alerts and push firmware updates. The label printers can also be integrated into the SOTI Connect MDM solution. The T8000 series is compatible with major ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle and enables printing directly from the ERP system.
Barcode verifier: The ODV 2D barcode verifier ensures that the barcode information on the label is correct and legible. This option saves time and money, as illegible or incorrect barcodes lead to delays along the supply chain. Faulty labels are overprinted and then reprinted. A full documentation of printed labels and evaluation reports are produced for audits. The ODV 2D barcode verifier is available as accessory for the 4-inch and 6-inch printer versions.
