ADVANTECH DLoG AIM-37 SERIES: Mobile POS System
The Advantech DLoG AIM-37 offers a versatile solution for better customer service. This reliable mobile POS comes with a projected capacitive multi-touch screen. The 10.1-inch display is protected by scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass and can be operated with fingers, with a stylus, with gloved hands and even when the surface gets wet.
For optimal use in retail and hospitality environments, the Advantech DLoG AIM-37 tablet POS has an NFC reader and it can additionally be equipped with a magnetic stripe reader, an IC card reader and a 2D barcode reader. It also comes with a 2-megapixel front and a 5-megapixel rear camera. For more security, the AIM-37 has an integrated Kensington Lock slot.
The 1.9 GHz Intel Atom quad-core processor with 2 GB DDR3L-RS and 32 GB eMMC storage ensures optimal data processing. There are two operating systems available to choose from: Window 10 IoT and Android 6.0.1. Memory can be extended by up to 128 GB via microSD card.
Built for every-day use, the Advantech DLoG AIM-37 is extremely sturdy. It can withstand drops from a height of 75 cm and the front panel complies with protection class IP54. The user-friendly point-of-sale terminal is equipped with a powerful Lithium-ion battery lasting for 8 hours of operation. Optimal data communication is ensured with integrated WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0.
The additional cradle unit optionally includes an 80 mm thermal printer. The tablet holder can be pivoted by 180 degrees for comfortable operation. The cradle is equipped with DC IN, USB 2.0 Type A (2 x), RJ48 (2 x) and RJ11 (cash drawer) ports.
