NEWLAND FM3080 HIND: Scanner Unit for Integration in POS or Kiosk Systems
The small FM3080 barcode reader from Newland can be integrated into both POS and kiosk systems. It ensures the efficient capture of bar and QR codes. The anti-reflective coating of the glass reduces reflections so that barcodes from screens, for example from smartphones, can be read without hassle. As soon as a barcode has been scanned, the user receives clear feedback through a signal tone and colored light. Four colors can be configured as desired. For installation in POS systems or a kiosk the FM3080 barcode reader is equipped with a serial and a USB port. The scanner is sealed against dust and water in accordance with protection class IP65. The operating temperature is between -20 °C and +60 °C.
