The PW2NX series by SATO is an optimal solution for mobile printing tasks. The printers’ light weight (437.8 g including battery) and compact design guarantee comfortable and versatile use. For uncomplicated operation, the printers are compatible with Android and iOS and they are equipped with a display as well as with status LEDs. Constant monitoring of, for example, ambient temperatures, media supply and battery, ensures smooth operation and consistent print quality. The printers of the SATO PW2NX series support SATO’s as well as common third-party media. With the PW2NX printer series, linerless label rolls can be used, which reduces waste and provides up to 40 % more labels.

SATO provides a number of software tools for simple setup and configuration as well as operation of the PW2NX printer series. This includes drivers, label design software, SNMP, mobile all-in-one setting utility and web browser configuration (WLAN model). By means of SATO’s Application Enabled Printing (AEP) tool, it is possible to use the devices as standalone printers. Peripheral devices, such as keyboards or scanners can be connected. With this powerful software tool, the printers work reliably and highly effective.

The PW2NX printers by SATO allow flexible application, supporting 1D and 2D barcodes, graphics and text in 47 languages. The compact printers are compatible with third party emulations to ensure uncomplicated integration. They are equipped with USB 2.0, Bluetooth 3.0 and NFC interfaces as standard. Additionally, there is a model with integrated WiFi available. Long battery runtimes and smart power management ensure uninterrupted operation. The battery is user-replaceable and there are various charging options available.

Ready for everyday use, the printers of the SATO PW2NX series are particularly rugged. They come with a robust polycarbonate housing and rubber material to protect the edges. The sturdy devices can withstand drops from a height of up to 2.1 m.

With a maximum print speed of 6 ips, the PW2NX series printers by SATO improve productivity wherever label printing is required. The direct thermal printers provide a print resolution of 203 dpi.
